Please stand by
In deference to finals week and the massive amount of writing I have to do, there shan't be a podcast this week.
I'll be back next Friday, and thank you for your support.
Oh, and furthermore, balls.
Not safe for NPR! Storytelling, interviews, and random special events in Atlanta—all wrapped up with selections of local independent music in a bi-weekly podcast from one stressed-out grad student.

WTF is this?
Music monthly
WGBH Morning Stories
One of the few (and
one of the best) NPR shows to podcast, these weekly vignettes are a lot like the short essays read on All Things Considered.
On The Media
If you love meta-analysis as much as I do (and you know you do), listen to this
weekly news program in which the media takes a harsh critical look at...the media. Find out just how they're screwin' with our minds.
The Rachel Maddow Show
I get my daily dose of well-reasoned liberal media here, without the commercials, and without having to wake at 7am.
Insomnia Radio
Very groovy college radio-style (the non-sucky kind) music podcast at the forefront of the Association of Music Podcasters. Show themes vary but usually quite potable.
Digital Detroit Radio
Another excellent indie music podcast with amazing production quality for a show recorded entirely inside a truck.
The Peanut Gallery
An excellently produced, usually hilarious "theater of the mind." Weekly storytelling and twisted history lessons.
Sonacast
Another spoken word project with excellent production and captivating content, more toward the artsy/philosophical end of the spectrum.
5 Minutes with Wichita
One of the goofiest podcasts on my list. Campy but fun weekly interviews with bluegrass stars. Must-listen.
Whole Wheat Radio
Low key highly independent webcast featuring tons o'
folk music and an hour a day of Jimbob & Esther's insights (though they're on holiday for a while). Awesome interactive listener website.
Colskee's Cast
Random audioblog made interesting by cool English accent. Plus a couple of tunes.
My 'Lanta
Want more Atlanta info? This no-frills collection of (mostly Craigslist) factoids has the occasional juicy niblet.
Hugo Schotman
Not so much a podcast, but if you want to know about
podcasting how-to, this guy is really pushing the edge. Very helpful to wtfBBQ.
